      (Chicken breast filled with avocado, mango & camembert cheese, served on a bed of cous-cous
    flavoured with raisins & almonds with an orange & mango sauce)

  • Chicken Tenderloin
      (Chicken tenderloin marinated, grilled and served with chorizo sausage,
    baked sweet potato, chilli jam & broccolini with a chicken jus)

  • Fillet of Beef with Porcine Mushrooms
      (Tender fillet of beef grilled and served with a mushroom ragout
    and caramelised onion, served with a shallot & red wine sauce)

  • Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
      (Pork tenderloin seasoned with cayenne pepper, basil & onions. Filled with apples,
    grated Gruyere cheese & herbs, then grilled and served with a Greek salad)

  • Sirloin of Beef
      (Grilled sirloin of beef on a potato pancake served with a red wine sauce with bacon & onion)

  • Vegetarian Lasagne
      (Layers of pasta filled with ratatouille vegetables and Napolitaine sauce)
